What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Care instructions
  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30–40°C (86–104°F).
  • Tumble dry on a low setting.
  • If needed, use only non-chlorine bleach.
  • Iron on medium heat with steam.
  • For best results, avoid using the Perm Press cycle.
  • Wash with similar colors.

Sizing details

Check the size chart photo for detailed measurements. If you’re not sure which size to choose, just message us — we’ll help you find the best fit.

If your height is outside the standard range, leave a note with your order and we’ll adjust it for you.
Custom and personalized orders

We offer custom alterations to make your Emilino piece just right for you.

We can:

  • Lengthen or shorten sleeves or the overall garment
  • Adjust the neckline (deeper or higher)
  • Some alterations are available for an additional fee.

Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges

Not the perfect fit? No worries!

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them. Just send us a message before you ship anything back so we can guide you through the process. If you want an exchange, just tell us the new size or color you want!

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been carefully inspected. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or any other signs of use.

Please remember: Custom orders are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them.
Do you ship internationally?

Not at this moment, as we currently only process orders within the USA, but we are working on making international delivery possible in the near future.
